At KENTAP 047, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
🔄 Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unworn and in original condition
- In its original packaging with tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Sale or clearance items
- Items returned after the 7-day window
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days via the original payment method.
🔁 Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or colour where stock is available. Contact us before sending back any item to confirm availability.
📦 How to Return
- Email us at support@kentap-ke.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
- Ship the item back to our Nairobi address (provided upon approval).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.
