4. Shipping & Delivery We ship within Kenya. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location. KENTAP 047 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services. Shipping fees, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

5. Returns & Refunds If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange. Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
